Sennheiser CM1 Microphone Cable for Bodypack Transmitter

The Sennheiser CM1 (Item#USCM1) is a 40" microphone input cable for Sennheiser Evolution Wireless (EW) bodypack transmitters with a 1/8" (3.5mm) mini plug on one end and an XLR female on the other. The CM1 is a great solution for situations where microphone signals from an XLR source must feed the microphone input preamp of a bodypack transmitter. Not to be used as an output cable for bodypack receivers. The CM1 contains a DC voltage blocking capacitor to prevent damage to a microphone diaphragm. Please note that the microphone systems use the tip of the mini TRS transmitter jack for microphone input, thus pin 2 of the female XLR connects to the tip of the mini TRS. Bodypack transmitters do not supply 48V phantom power for condenser microphones
